Tech savvy I’m not

But I’ve got to learn. I’ve got this video camera, and recording is no problem. But for some reason, I have to “fix” the CD before it will play back. I haven’t figured that out yet. Have to read the book again, I guess. It’s been a while since I needed to use the camera. And then, if that weren’t enough, I’ve got to figure out how to post these vids on Youtube! Crike, Batman! I finally got the hang of logging in and typing (and you’ve all witnessed my difficulties in posting pictures here), and now I’ve got to learn how to get this stuff on Youtube. What’s next? Facebook? Shoot me. I’ve never understood people’s need to put their life on the internet. I’m just not interested in what others had for breakfast, or what movie they saw last. Maybe I am just not curious. More likely I am terrified of the psycopaths I know are out there. if you’ve ever had your own pet stalker, you’ll know what I’m talking about. I had to move twice with no forwarding address.

Anyway, the videos are for my fillies (officially MARES now, as they are five). Pony Club is interested, I’ve had a few calls, and rather than make people drive across the state (or from out of state, as the case may be), I am going to put videos online so they can see for themselves if they want to make that drive with gas at four bucks a gallon. And deisel is worse. Enzo and I are going to start walking to work a few days a week. I’d say it was for the exercise, but I’m really just flat broke.

So, Red and Brown, coming to a computer terminal near you!

  1. Forget the hi-tech stuff, Kim. You are doing a great job! And, anyway, do the horses care if you know alot of tech stuff? NO! They just know you love them!

  2. Sandy says:

“Tech Savvy” is a relative term. You rate a little higher than you think!
